Shipping + Handling

Shipping and Handling Policies:

  • Orders are currently processed and shipped within 3 business days of the time the order is placed.  

  • All packages will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number for your package will be sent to you once it has shipped.

  • We are unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to PO/APO/FPO Boxes.

  • Lady V Lacquer is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. Please double check your input for accuracy.

  • While Lady V Lacquer is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in shipping we will do our best to assist you in resolving this matter should it occur. If your package is lost please contact the carrier with your tracking information. If your package arrives damaged please see our 'Damaged + Defective Goods' policy for information on how to resolve this incident.

  • Packages will not be refunded or reshipped once the tracking information indicates the package was delivered (marked delivered, accepted, received, etc.).

  • Lady V Lacquer reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activities.

International

  • PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ AND REVIEW BEFORE PLACING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER:

  • International orders may be delivered within 14 and up to 20 business days. Additional delays due to receiving customs and import processes may affect your order.

  • While tracking information is provided via USPS your tracking number will not update after the package has left the United States. USPS will not be able to update you with the location of your package after this point. Due to this we are unable to provide accurate delivery time estimates for international orders.

  • Be aware that customs information is automatically populated by our shipping program, and YOU will be responsible for any additional funds required at delivery by your post office. 

  • Lady V Lacquer NOT responsible for customs fees, package confiscation or orders lost in transit. These matters will need to be taken up with the carrier and customs receiver.

  • If you have trouble submitting your address at checkout please send a detailed message with your address and what items you would like to purchase including quantities to info@ladyvlacquer.com. We will get back to you with a USPS shipping quote as soon as possible.
